Jasmine Harrington, BSN, RN, CARN, Founder & CEO, Harrington Healthcare Solutions
Harrington Healthcare Solutions was founded by Jasmine Harrington, a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse with more than a decade of healthcare experience spanning addiction medicine, behavioral health, acute care, public health, and nursing leadership.
Her expertise extends beyond clinical practice.
Jasmine is a trained DOT drug and alcohol testing professional and instructor, as well as an American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Instructor. She also oversees real-world drug and alcohol testing, employer compliance support, and C/TPA services through Harrington Healthcare Solutions.
This unique combination of clinical expertise, regulatory knowledge, hands-on industry experience, and professional education shapes the way Harrington Healthcare Solutions approaches every service and training program.
Jasmine founded the company with a simple standard: Know the regulations. Understand the process. Do the work correctly. And teach others to do the same.

Brandon Frazier, CPT, Director of Onsite Testing & DNA Services
Brandon serves as Director of Onsite Testing & DNA Services at Harrington Healthcare Solutions, helping lead our mobile drug and alcohol testing operations and DNA collection services.
As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, he is passionate about helping others improve both physically and mentally. He has built a community focused on personal growth, wellness, and becoming better from the inside out.
With family and close connections in the trucking industry, Brandon brings firsthand familiarity with the transportation community. He has expanded that experience through hands-on work in DOT and non-DOT testing, mobile collection services, and compliance training.
His commitment to professionalism, accuracy, discretion, and treating every individual with respect makes him an essential part of the Harrington Healthcare Solutions leadership team.
