The FMCSA Return-to-Duty (RTD) process is a federally required procedure for CDL drivers who have violated DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including a failed or refused test. Under FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements, drivers in a “prohibited” status must complete the RTD process before returning to safety-sensitive driving duties.
The Return-to-Duty process includes several required steps:

As a Consortium/Third-Party Administrator (C/TPA), we assist CDL drivers by coordinating Step 5 of the Return-to-Duty process, facilitating DOT-compliant RTD testing after SAP authorization is completed. Our role is to support efficient scheduling, coordination, and compliance administration so drivers can complete required testing and move forward in the process. After enrollment, we contact your SAP to collect all required paperwork, ensure you are set up successfully in the FMCSA clearinghouse, schedule your RTD testing, and upload your negative results into the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
We DO NOT conduct or manage the Follow-Up Testing Plan. Your employer must coordinate this in accordance with FMCSA Clearinghouse regulations.

Payment of $200 is due upon completion of the enrollment form. A convenient payment plan is available! A $125 partial payment is required to start the process; the remaining balance is due upon receipt of your results. All sales are final.
If you FAIL your RTD drug test, you must restart the RTD process before you can retest. If you are unsure about passing, please call (380) 895-5101 to schedule a preliminary drug test before scheduling your official FMCSA RTD test. If you are ready to get started, please click the button below to complete the enrollment form.
